I can not empahsize enough – calorie intake per day? Thousands and thousands. Calorie burned per day: Zero!
2. Eat less.
My ideal 96-98lbs. weight seems light years away with my eating habit and sedentary lifestyle.
3. Read.
I’d like to add the word “more” after “Read”, but the truth is I don’t do substantial readings anymore; books, relevant articles and/or journals. I know I should… but I don’t.
AND the list goes on but definitely this is my top 3. What’s yours? ^_^
