Cooked Ginataang Monggo with Scallops (oh, di ba?
) for dinner. Supposedly hipon but we cooked it na last Sunday… so i went for scallops instead. Hehehe…
My thoughts during and after cooking:
1. ooops… monggos get burnt while boiling? kuraw2x ang drama nako.
i thought they will just get all jumpy and boil evenly… :-/
2. what will i do with more than half of the monggo i boiled? (now stocked away in the ref) One cup turned out to be too much. hehehe…
3. is the scallops cooked enough after a few minutes of boiling…? I hope it is not overcooked or undercooked…
